Question 1 of 8

Where do you picture the wedding?

No. 01Examples

Example results

Three of the eight themes, with the start of what each result says. Your result depends on your answers.

Garden party

Soft colors, fresh flowers and long tables outdoors. A garden wedding takes its cues from the plants around it: loose, seasonal flowers, greenery down the middle of the table and soft colors that look natural in daylight. Colors to start from: sage and eucalyptus greens with blush, peach or lilac.

Coastal and breezy

Sea blues, sand and a light, open-air feel. A coastal wedding is fresh and easygoing: soft blues and sandy neutrals, flowing fabrics and lots of natural light. Colors to start from: sea-glass blue and white, with sand, driftwood and a little coral or navy.

Moody romantic

Candlelight, deep colors and dark, rich flowers. Moody romantic is dramatic and intimate: deep wine, plum and forest tones, low candlelight, dark florals and heavy textures like velvet. Colors to start from: burgundy, plum and deep green with black and a little antique gold.

No. 02How it works

From eight questions to a wedding style

  1. No. 01

    Answer eight questions

Each screen asks one question: the venue, the season, favorite colors, flowers, evening light, music, the table, and the word you want guests to use afterwards. Next moves on and Back changes an earlier answer.

  2. No. 02

    Press See my result

You get a theme name, a description, Colors to start from and Details to try. Why this matched lists up to three of your answers, and a Runner-up shows the next theme.

  3. No. 03

Follow the links under your result

One link opens the [wedding color palette generator](/wedding-color-palette-generator) with the matching mood already chosen. Another opens the [wedding invitation maker](/wedding-invitation-maker) with a style that suits the theme, so you can see it on a card.

  4. No. 04

    Keep or share it

Copy result copies the text, Copy link gives an address that brings the same result back, and Retake starts again.

No. 03Good to know

Eight themes, a quiz and not a generator

The quiz can end on Classic and timeless, Garden party, Rustic and cozy, Modern minimalist, Boho and free-spirited, Coastal and breezy, Vintage glam or Moody romantic. It picks one of these; it does not invent a new theme or a name for yours. It does not use AI either: each answer adds fixed points to some themes, and the theme with the most points wins.

Treat the result as a direction. The colors on it are a small mood board, and the links lead to real palettes and card styles you can adjust.

No. 05Tips

Turning a theme into decisions

  1. No. 01

    Use it to say no

A theme is most useful for ruling things out. If a flower, a favor or a font does not fit, it can go.

  2. No. 02

    Let the venue lead

Look at the room and the light before you buy anything.

No. 07Questions

Good questions

About the wedding theme quiz.

Is the wedding theme quiz free?

Yes. It is free, needs no sign-up, and works on your phone.

Is this an AI wedding theme generator?

No. It is a fixed set of questions with fixed points for each answer, and no AI is involved. It chooses one of eight themes and cannot create a new one.

How does the quiz choose my result?

Each answer adds points to some of the eight themes. The theme with the most points is your result, and the next one is your runner-up. A tie is always settled the same way, so the same answers give the same result.

Can it give my wedding a theme name?

It gives you one of eight set theme names, not a custom one. If you want a name to share with guests, the wedding hashtag generator suggests hashtags from your names.

What do the colors on the result mean?

They are a small mood board for the theme, not a rule. The link under the result opens the color palette generator with the matching mood already chosen, so you can browse and adjust real palettes.

Do I have to follow one theme?

No. Many weddings mix two, such as a garden party with some vintage glam. The runner-up on your result is there for that, so keep one as the main style and borrow details from the other.

Are my answers saved or uploaded?

No. Everything is worked out in your browser. The link under your result holds only which option you picked for each question.

Is the theme tied to a budget?

No. The quiz does not look at money. Any theme can be done in a small or a large way, and the wedding budget calculator is the place to plan the costs.
