No. 01What it adds up

Every flower line, priced and totaled

Ten items are listed, from Bridal bouquet and Boutonnieres to Centerpieces, Cake flowers and Installation or arch. Each has a quantity and a unit price, and the prices start empty because only your florist knows them.

Add Delivery & setup as a flat fee and your local Sales tax rate. Then read your Total flower cost, a line-by-line breakdown with each line's share of the total, and the Whole total per table.

No. 02Floral budget

Check your list against a floral budget

Type an amount into Flower budget and the total shows whether you are over or under it, and by how much. Price your list, see the gap, then trim one line at a time.

If the flower figure is still undecided, set it in the wedding budget calculator, where flowers share a category with decor, then bring it back here.

No. 03How it works

Price your flowers in four steps

  1. No. 01

    Fill quantities from your party

Enter bridesmaids, groomsmen and tables, then press Fill quantities. Add the groom, parents and anyone else by hand.

  2. No. 02

Fill in Delivery & setup and Sales tax, set whether tax applies to delivery, and enter your Flower budget if you have one.

  4. No. 04

    Read and copy the result

Check the total, the over or under line and the cost per table. Press Copy as text to send it on, or Reset to begin again.

No. 07Questions

Good questions

About the wedding flower cost calculator.

Is the wedding flower cost calculator free?

Yes. It is free, needs no sign-up, and the total updates as you type.

Is this also a wedding floral budget calculator?

Yes. Enter your flower budget in the optional field and the total shows whether you are over or under it.

Can it estimate what my flowers will cost?

Only from the prices you give it. It has no price list, so ask your florist for quotes and enter them item by item. Then it adds them up and shows the total.

Is sales tax charged on delivery and setup?

That varies by state and by florist, so there is a toggle. It is on by default. Check your quote and switch it off if delivery is not taxed.

What does cost per table mean?

It is your whole flower total divided by the number of tables you entered. It is a quick way to compare different plans.

Are there prices filled in for me?

No. Unit prices start blank because costs depend on your florist, your flowers and your area. Fill example loads placeholder numbers to show how it works; replace them with your own quotes.
