Filters

These are our own filters, made for this page: they are not the filters of any social app or desktop editor. Each one has a strength from 0 (off) to 100. Use one or mix several.

Off

Lifts the mid-tones and softens contrast for a light, clean look.

Off

Shifts the colour toward gold and away from blue, like late-afternoon light.

Off

Lifts the blacks and lowers the whites for a soft, flat finish.

Off

Fades the colour, lifts the blacks and tints the shadows green and the highlights gold.

Off

Takes the colour out, with a little extra contrast as you go further.

Off

Adds fine, even speckle, strongest in the mid-tones.

Choose a photo first, then move the sliders.

Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored: close the page and the photo is gone.

No. 01Real output

The filters, before and after

Each picture is a real result of this page’s own filter on a photo of a fictional AI-generated couple: the left half is the original, the right half has the filter at the strength named.

No. 02What it does

Six filters, each with a strength slider

Choose a photo, then move the sliders. Each of the six filters runs from 0 (off) to 100 (full), and you can mix several: a little warm, a little grain, a soft matte on top. The preview updates as you drag, and the Before and after slider slides the original in from the left so you can judge the change.

These are our own web filters, written for this page. They are not the filters of any social app or desktop editor, and the results will not match one of those apps’ presets. What they do is plain: Bright and airy lifts the mid-tones, Warm shifts color toward gold, Soft matte lifts the blacks and lowers the whites, Faded vintage fades color and tints shadows green and highlights gold, Black and white removes color, and Film grain adds fine speckle.

No. 03How it works

Four quick steps

  1. No. 01

    Choose a photo

Press Choose a photo and pick a JPEG, PNG or WebP. iPhone HEIC photos are not supported: share the picture as a JPEG first, or choose Most Compatible in the camera settings.

  2. No. 02

    Move the sliders

Drag any of the six sliders under Filters. Press Reset to put them all back to Off, or Try bright and airy for a quick start.

  3. No. 03

    Compare

Drag Before and after to slide the original over the edited photo, or press Show original to see the whole original.

  4. No. 04

    Download

Choose JPEG or PNG, then press Download. The file is saved at your photo’s own size, up to 4,000 pixels on the long side.

No. 04Size and privacy

Full size, and nothing leaves your device

The edit happens in your browser, on your own phone or computer. The photo is never uploaded and nothing is stored: close the page and it is gone. There is no account and no watermark.

The download keeps your photo’s own pixel size, up to 4,000 pixels on the long side. A larger photo is scaled down to that, keeping its shape, and the page tells you the size before you download. Photos over 40 megapixels or 40 MB are refused with a message, because a browser can run out of memory opening them. The saved file carries no location or camera details.

Filters change how a picture looks, not what is in it. For a painted-style or restyled portrait, the AI wedding photo generator makes new images from your photo, which uses credits and sends it to a service, unlike this page. To lay several photos out together, use the wedding photo collage maker or the wedding album maker.

No. 05Compare

Where the picture goes next

Download the finished JPEG or PNG, then choose that file in the next photo tool. Each tool has its own file and size limits.

No. 06Tips

Getting a look that holds together

  1. No. 01

    Keep the strength modest

Between 20 and 60 reads as a finish rather than an effect. Look at faces and skin first.

  2. No. 02

Use the same settings on a set

Write down your sliders and use them on every photo you plan to post together, so the set matches.

  3. No. 03

    Grain last

Film grain is applied on top of the other filters. Try it at a low value, and check it at full size before you share.

No. 08Questions

Good questions

About the wedding photo filters.

Are these free wedding photo filters?

Yes. They are free, add no watermark and need no account or sign-up.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. The photo is edited in your browser and never leaves your device. The page makes no request that carries it.

Are these Instagram or Lightroom filters?

No. They are our own filters, written for this page, and are not filters for any social app or desktop editor. A photo will look similar to, but not the same as, one edited there.

What size is the saved photo?

The same size as your photo, up to 4,000 pixels on the long side. A bigger photo is scaled down to fit, and the page shows the size before you save.

Can I edit photos from my iPhone?

Yes, if they are JPEG, PNG or WebP. HEIC files are not supported here, so share the photo as a JPEG or choose Most Compatible in the camera settings.

Does it work as an app on a phone?

There is nothing to install. It works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer.

Can I use several filters at once?

Yes. Each filter has its own slider, so you can mix them, for example a little warm and a little film grain.

Is this AI photo editing?

No. The filters are fixed formulas applied to your pixels. They do not use AI and do not change faces or add anything to the picture.
