No. 02What you can make
An engagement invitation card you can send today
You enter the couple’s names, the date, time and place, who is hosting and how to reply, and the maker sets them on a finished card. It downloads as a PNG, so it works as a digital invitation for a chat, an email or a post, and as a file to print. There is no account and no watermark.
The sizes are Post 4:5 (1080 × 1350 px), Square 1:1 (1080 × 1080 px), Story 9:16 (1080 × 1920 px) and 5×7 print size (1500 × 2100 px, which is 5×7 inches at 300 pixels per inch). Every size has its own arrangement, so nothing is stretched.
This is an invitation to a party. If you need wording for the announcement itself, such as a caption or a note to family, the engagement announcement generator writes options for you.

Layouts, photos and replies
Classic has seven layouts: Bold names, Classic, Snapshot, Photo on top, Monogram, Script and Modern. Each comes in six color schemes. Seven styles add three or four more layouts apiece in three colorways: Garden Watercolor, Modern Minimal, Art Deco Gold, Hand-Drawn, Editorial, Dark Botanical and Coastal. To match your party colors in a Classic layout, paste a palette from the wedding color palette generator into the Use a palette field.
Photos are resized in your browser and never uploaded. A JPEG, PNG or WebP of up to 20 MB works; iPhone HEIC files are refused, so share the picture as a JPEG first. Every text line is editable, including both names, which is all that name editing needs.
In the RSVP field you can type a line such as Kindly reply by February 20, or paste a link that starts with https:// and keep Show a QR code for this link on. The online wedding RSVP tool can create a reply page for that link. The host needs a free account and guests do not.
No. 05Sharing and printing
Sending the invitation or printing it
After you download a card, a Share panel appears under the button. It shows which saved size suits where: the 4:5 post PNG for text messages, WhatsApp chats and email, the 9:16 story size for WhatsApp Status and Instagram Stories, the 1:1 square for feed posts and the 5×7 print size for printing. It also gives you a short message with your names, date and place to copy, and a link called Add an RSVP link or QR code that opens the online RSVP tool.
The page sends nothing: you share the saved file from your own device. For paper, print the 5×7 file at home or take it to a print shop. The download is a PNG, and there is no PDF or printing service here.

No. 09Questions
Good questions
About the engagement party invitation maker.
Is the engagement party invitation maker free?
Yes. It is free, adds no watermark and needs no account or sign-up.
Can I make an engagement invitation card online without an app?
Yes. It runs in the browser on a phone or a computer, and there is nothing to install. It makes a digital card you save as an image.
Can I edit the names and add a photo?
Yes. Both names and every other line are editable, and any layout with a photo frame takes a picture. The photo is resized in your browser and never leaves your device.
Do I have to include a host?
No. The Hosted by line is optional. When it is empty it is left off the card and the other lines move together.
Can guests RSVP with a QR code?
Yes. Paste a link that starts with https:// into the RSVP field and leave the QR code on. Only http and https links are accepted.
Can I send it on WhatsApp or print it?
Yes. Attach the Post 4:5 PNG to a chat or email, or use the Story size for WhatsApp Status. For paper, print the 5×7 file yourself. There is no PDF and no printing service.
Does it make traditional or regional engagement cards?
Not specifically. It has no region-specific or faith-specific designs, and its fonts cover Latin letters only, so other scripts will not show correctly. You can write your own wording in English.
Is this an AI engagement card maker?
No. It is a template maker that does not use AI. Layouts and wording ideas are fixed, and you type your own details.
