Keeping the list in order
No. 01
Group people who are invited together
Give a household the same name, such as "The Rivera family", so you can search for them together. Use the side label to see whose guests are whose.
No. 02
Count plus-ones two ways
Use the plus-ones number for a guest whose partner or family you do not need by name. Add a person as their own row when you need their name, a seat or a meal of their own.
No. 03
Let replies update the list
Change a guest's reply from the list, or sign in and import the replies from your own RSVP page: matching guests get their status, party size and meal in one step.
No. 04
Move on to seating
Use Send to seating chart above to add guests who have not declined. Each plus-one gets a seat of their own, and people already in the chart are not added twice.

Where the guest list fits
The list is easier to finish when the plan around it is clear. The wedding planner has a task for the first headcount and one for the final count, and the online wedding RSVP collects replies that you can bring in here.
Tracking meals here? The wedding menu maker prints the dishes. Sending invitations? Start from the wedding invitation maker, and give guests the details on a wedding website.

Good questions
About the wedding guest list maker.
Is the wedding guest list maker free?
Yes. It is free, needs no sign-up and has no watermark.
Is it an app?
It is a web app: you open this page on your phone or computer and use it in the browser, with nothing to download. The list is saved in that browser on that device.
Where are my guests' names stored?
Only in this browser. We do not receive the list. The one exception is when you press Import replies from my RSVP page: the page asks our server for the replies to your own RSVP pages, which only works when you are signed in.
Can I import a spreadsheet?
Yes. Open a CSV with a Name column, or First name and Last name columns, and optionally Household, Side, Invited to, RSVP, Plus-ones, Meal and Notes. Other columns are ignored. Download CSV writes the same columns back. Import adds new rows; it does not update existing guests. Importing the same list again adds duplicates.
How does it count my headcount?
Attending counts the guests who said yes with their plus-ones. Expected counts everyone who has not declined, including those who have not replied yet. The ceremony and reception counts leave out guests who are invited to only the other part of the day.
How do replies from my RSVP page get into the list?
Replies are matched to guests by name, ignoring capitals and accents. You see how many match before anything changes, and you choose whether the replies that match nobody are added as new guests. Only RSVP pages in your own account can be read.
What does Send to seating chart do?
It adds your guests who have not declined to the seating chart saved in this browser, grouped by household or side, and leaves anyone who is already there. It never moves a guest you have already seated.
Is there a limit?
The list holds up to 500 guests, the same limit as the seating chart.
