No. 02What you can make

A digital bridal shower invitation, ready to send

Enter the honoree’s name, the date, time and place, who is hosting and how to reply, and the maker sets them on a finished card. It downloads as a PNG, so you can send it in a chat or an email, post it, or print it. There is no account and no watermark.

The sizes are Post 4:5 (1080 × 1350 px), Square 1:1 (1080 × 1080 px), Story 9:16 (1080 × 1920 px) and 5×7 print size (1500 × 2100 px, which is 5×7 inches at 300 pixels per inch).

A virtual shower works too. Type Online in the Place field and paste the call link into the RSVP field, as long as it is 150 characters or fewer. It appears as a short line, or as a QR code if you keep that on.

No. 03How it works

Four steps to a finished invitation

  1. No. 01

    Choose the occasion

Tap Classic shower, Brunch, Tea party or Celebrate the bride under Wording ideas. They set the Title line and the reply line, and Brunch also adds a registry line. All of it can be edited.

  2. No. 02

    Enter the details

Type the Honoree name, Date, Time, Place and Hosted by. Put the venue on the first line of Place and the address on the second.

  3. No. 03

    Choose a design

Under Style, keep Classic layouts or pick one of seven styles. Tap a thumbnail under Layout, and add a picture with Choose a photo if the layout has a frame.

  4. No. 04

    Download

Pick a size and press Download PNG. If a line cannot fit, it is highlighted and the download waits until you shorten it.

No. 04Designs and replies

Layouts, colors and a way to reply

Classic has seven layouts: Botanical, Scalloped, Script, Oval photo, Arch photo, Classic and Snapshot, each in six color schemes. Seven styles add three or four layouts apiece in three colorways: Garden Watercolor, Modern Minimal, Art Deco Gold, Hand-Drawn, Editorial, Dark Botanical and Coastal. To use your shower colors in a Classic layout, paste a palette from the wedding color palette generator.

For replies, type a short line, or paste a link that starts with https:// to show a QR code that opens it. The online wedding RSVP tool can create a page for guests to answer on; the host needs a free account and guests do not. The registry line is optional and stays off the card when empty.

Photos are resized in your browser and never uploaded. Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP of up to 20 MB.

No. 05Sharing and printing

Sending it to the guest list

Once a card is downloaded, a Share panel appears under the button and matches each saved size to where it works: the 4:5 post for text messages, WhatsApp chats and email, the 9:16 story size for WhatsApp Status and Instagram Stories, the 1:1 square for feed posts, and the 5×7 size for printing. It adds a short message with the names, date and place to copy, and an Add an RSVP link or QR code link to the online RSVP tool. Nothing is sent by the page itself.

There is no PDF and no printing service. For paper, print the 5×7 file at home or at a print shop.

No. 07Tips

Making a bridal shower invitation

  1. No. 01

Say who it is for and who is hosting

  2. No. 02

    Make replying easy

Type a short RSVP line, or paste a link and show it as a QR code that guests can scan with their phone.

  3. No. 03

    Mention the registry gently

A short note such as Registry details to follow keeps the card friendly.
